REGISTRATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN RANCHI YUVA FEST

CATEGORY-

MUSIC / DANCE COMPETITION- SOLO/GROUP, COUPLE/DUET

1. Preliminary Round – 1 Min, Audition Video to be sent on Whats-app Number

2. Shortlisted Participants will be called for Mega Auditions.

3. Selected Participants will be go through Semi Final Round.

4. Finalists will get a chance to perform in the main event and winners will be announced during the fest.

ART COMPETITION

Sketching, Painting, any piece of Art including Clay Art, Art Out of Waste, Etc

1. For art and painting: A3 size sketch or colour painting should be sent to the organising office on the said date selected participant’s work will be displayed in the festival and winners will be announced during the fest

2. Selected participants will go through final round within given period of time

3. For any other form of art participants needs to create a handy piece of artwork and submit it on the said date. Selected artwork will be displayed in the exhibition area and winners will be announced during the fest.

SPEAK-UP CHALLENGE- SOLO

1. Preliminary Round – Approx. 2 min audition on any topic (ex: current affairs, personality, politics, entertainment etc) video to be sent on Whats-App Number +91 7481-839555

2. Finalists will get a chance to perform in the main event and winners will be announced during the fest.

Last date of submission.

Screen Shot of payment receipt of registration to be sent along with audition.

Fees includes participation cost only and not entry during the fest.

Finalist will get the entry free in the fest.

PARTICIPATION COST

Rs 100 For Individual, Rs 100 Per Head For Group (Maximum 10 Pax)

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR STUDENT PARTICIPATION

For participation in the Ranchi Yuva Fest, the age of participants should be between 12- 24 years.
Students must provide accurate information during registration. Any false information may lead to disqualification.
Students are required to adhere to the event categories they have registered for. Participation in unregistered categories is not allowed.
Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect fellow participants, event staff, and judges throughout the fest.
Any form of bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to further disciplinary action
The event organizers will provide first-aid facilities; however, students must take responsibility for their personal health and safety.
It is the student’s responsibility to take care of their belongings during the event. The organizing committee is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Students must be punctual and report to the designated area for their event
Late arrivals may result in disqualification from the event or category they are registered for.
Students must be prepared to show any required identification (such as school ID) upon request by event organizers
By participating in the event, students agree to be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded for promotional purposes by the organizers
The decisions made by the judges and event coordinators will be final. No disputes or appeals regarding the results will be entertained.
Schools are required to ensure that students have parental/guardian consent to participate, especially in physically demanding activities.
No refunds of participation fees will be provided in the case of student withdrawal or cancellation by the school.
By participating in the fest, students agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Violations of any of these terms may result in disqualification or other disciplinary action at the discretion of the organizing committee.
